We have a beautiful and talented team based all over Cumbria!
Our team is made up of our Directors and our Staff.
Our Directors help to run People First.
We have 12 Directors they are called our Board of Directors. They get together every month.
They talk about and make decisions about People First, like how we spend our money and who does which jobs.
All of Our Directors have Learning Difficulties and recieve training to help them to do their jobs well.
Our Staff, who are carefully chosen, are based in three areas of Cumbria; north, west and south with offices in Carlisle, Workington and Barrow.
