• Person Centred organisations (recent work has included working with individual teams of care staff, finance departments and senior management teams)

• Team development (working with teams based within a local collage to look at team work, values, developing a vision and business planning using person centred tools)

• Service reviews (going into day services and residential and supported living services to review quality from the perspective of the person receiving support)

• Inclusion in management arrangements (working with Management Committees and board to ensure they include people in a meaningful way in their management arrangements)

• Vision setting and business planning ( Working with a care provider during a crisis situation to develop a clearer vision, set a direction of travel and develop action/business plans)
